You can search online all day long, but nothing is like an in-person meeting with an expert with years of experience. There are so many nuances involved with selecting the appropriate blind for each application ... we have worked with multiple vendors and finally working with Paiman at PKS has been a breath of fresh air as we have been getting the right education to prevent future costly mistakes. There is no sales pressure and Paiman's primary objective is to plan for and execute the right solution from the very beginning. Paiman at PKS is very customer oriented and super helpful. We transitioned to PKS from another local vendor a few years ago and have no intention of going elsewhere for our next project. At that time, Paiman was very patient regarding options, our endless questions and our mind-changes for Living/Dining Room window covering project. I remember him well. Recently I contacted PKS for a replacement part. Paiman quickly found our old order, but the part was actually for a window covering purchased elsewhere. (oops) I thought "Oh well, dead end", but no - he asked for some photos, figured it all out, and has something on its way our house with no "bring it all in and we will send it to Nevada for $129" offer, no service fees, and no hassle, etc. Amazing - I am a satisfied customer, twice over, and this is why I am writing a recommendation.

I would like to highly recommend PKS Interiors based on the excellent level of service we received on the repair of a set of blinds I just had them repair. I selected them because my local window treatment provider would not repair my blinds and I found them in the Diamond Certified listing. Not only were my blinds repaired in short order, but we are currently researching a future bathroom remodel and, Peyman, the general manager, was most courteous and helpful is comparing the quality and costs of different materials.
